El agua caliente solo funciona a un cuarto de la presión de agua en el grifo, así que al final pasas frio al ducharte. Si solucionan este problema será todo perfecto

La construcción de la casa. Es un edificio bonito, bien hecho y bien mantenido. La calefacción perfecta.
El apartamento tenía polvo, los cristales sucios y el suelo pegajoso, seguramente no lo habían revisado antes de entrar. La ropa de cama estaba impecable, la verdad. Que fueran tan rígidos: - El perro no se podía quedar solo en la casa - No se podía fumar

El apartamento es moderno, cómodo, funcional, acogedor, está...
El apartamento es moderno, cómodo, funcional, acogedor, está perfectamente equipado, tranquilo, limpio, bien aislado, la calefacción funcionó a la perfección, el acceso a pistas a través de los ascensores del complejo te dejan a escasos 100m del remonte J. Serra, esto hace que esté bien ubicado para el sector Arinsal, y teniendo opción a garaje te facilita cualquier otro desplazamiento al pueblo para comprar, tomar algo, etc... Muy recomendable, si volvemos a Arinsal es la primera opción, estupenda relación calidad/precio, ha sido como estar en casa.
No hay nada que destacar, como mejora pondría algún tipo de cortinilla en la ventana del baño que da al pasillo, aunque el cristal es translúcido.

Buen apartamento
El apartamento era grande y con bonitas vistas a la montaña y al río. La insonorización era total y no se oía nada. Todo muy tranquilo. Los electrodomésticos eran nuevos. Había incluso una cafetera para cápsulas y nos dejaron 2 de cortesía.
El mando a distancia del garaje no funcionaba. Había que bajarse del coche, entrar al garaje por la puerta peatonal y abrir manualmente pulsando un interruptor.
