Room was spacious and well equipped. Staff at the reception were very helpful when available. Only around a 7min walk down the hill to the gondola
Check in desk only open at specific times. We had to hang around for an hour waiting for someone to return to reception.

Excellent location
Very spacious and clean apartment. Full kitchen and washing machine. Nice mountain view from balcony. Will def return. Arinsal is a lovely quiet resort with amazing ski school.
Difficult to navigate between the blocks in the complex.

Nothing to dislike. Did keep receiving out of date messages re collection of keys- ignore if you are told to collect in La Massana; collect from mobile unit outside the apartment blocks.
